Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures
• Provide leadership and maintain a cheerful and fun work environment
• Manage food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth
• Implement company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner
• Train and develop team members
• Participate in local restaurant marketing and public safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documents
• Stay involved in community affairs to drive sales and enhance public relations
• Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager
• Maintain restaurant equipment and report any issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
