About the Role:
As a Receptionist with Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff. Your exceptional communication skills and warm demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience at our center. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and families, Vendors, having them sign in, and processing registration paperwork
Handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Providing administrative support to the healthcare team
Assisting with ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing office tasks
