What You’ll Do:

● Greet and engage every guest with a positive, friendly attitude

● Blend and serve smoothies and bowls quickly and accurately (in 3 mins 30 secs or

less!)

● Prep food items and maintain food safety standards

● Follow daily checklists – restock, clean, and maintain a spotless store

● Work as part of a fast, efficient, and upbeat team

● Communicate clearly with team members and managers using our communication app

● Stay cool under pressure during busy shifts

● Take ownership of mistakes and always aim to make it right

Compensation

• Starting pay ranges from $10.50 to $11.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
