Do you have a passion for caring for others and want to make a real difference in their lives? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Provide quality care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
