Job Description

In this role, you will support the creation and preparation of production-ready artwork for custom sports logos, branded merchandise, and promotional products. The Production Artist will work within established brand guidelines to ensure all artwork is accurately formatted and ready for manufacturing, including overseas production facilities. This position plays a critical role in maintaining design consistency, quality, and production accuracy across all products.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and finalize production-ready artwork for custom sports logos, apparel, and promotional merchandise
· Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create, edit, and format graphics for production
· Ensure all files meet print and production standards, including correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, and color modes (CMYK vs RGB)
· Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all designs and product lines
· Modify and update existing artwork based on client or internal feedback
· Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring proper file naming and version control
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure artwork aligns with product specifications and production requirements
· Prepare and deliver accurate files for manufacturing partners, including overseas production facilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required) and Adobe Photoshop
· Experience creating production-ready / print-ready artwork
· Strong understanding of pre-press processes , including bleed, resolution, and color accuracy
· Ability to work within brand guidelines and follow detailed instructions
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume production work
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
· Experience working with overseas vendors or production facilities (preferred)

The base salary range for this position is $41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
