As Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and support technicians across electrical service calls. You’ll play a key role in workflow scheduling, team development, and client relationship management—delivering best-in-class service to our commercial and industrial customers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and dispatch a team of field service technicians for electrical jobs
• Oversee project timelines, quality control, and customer communication
• Serve as the liaison between customers, contractors, and internal departments
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards
• Assist in estimating, quoting, and reviewing service contracts
• Develop and coach your team for long-term success
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to department growth targets

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in electrical service, with supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems, troubleshooting, and repair
• Ability to manage multiple service calls, customer needs, and technician scheduling
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with field service management software is a plus
