**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to individuals at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
+ Report security-related incidents promptly and follow established protocols for escalation and documentation.
+ Remain alert to surroundings and assist with access control procedures as required by site-specific guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
