About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Remote Trip & Tour Designer to curate personalized travel experiences for clients. In this role, you will design custom trip itineraries, suggest immersive tours, and align travel plans with client interests, preferences, and budgets. This is a remote freelance opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a wide range of travel partners and vendors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized travel itineraries and tour packages for individuals, families, and groups
  

• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to match client needs and interests
  

• Coordinate logistics including flights, accommodations, local transportation, and excursions
  

• Communicate with clients to refine travel plans and provide destination insights
  

• Collaborate with tourism vendors, guides, and travel service providers
  

• Stay up-to-date with global travel trends, regulations, and safety protocols
  

• Maintain accurate client records and booking details using travel management tools
  

Qualifications:

• Proven interest or background in travel, hospitality, or tourism
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Ability to manage multiple client requests and meet deadlines
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use online booking platforms and CRM systems
