What You’ll Bring:

• Active Alabama Special Education Teaching certification (required for interview consideration)
• Experience delivering specialized instruction and creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Develop, modify, and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
