Location: Mobile, Alabama
Pay: $30.00 per hour
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus, 40 hours of PTO Accrual (6 Month Work Commitment Required)

About the Job

We’re hiring experienced Pipe Fitters to join our team in Mobile, AL. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair piping systems aboard marine vessels. We’re looking for dependable tradespeople who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Read blueprints and specifications to lay out piping systems

• Measure, cut, thread, bend, and install pipe using proper tools

• Test systems for leaks and make necessary adjustments

• Install clamps, brackets, and hangers to secure piping

• Work safely following OSHA standards and company guidelines

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Step up to assist with training or leadership when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of Pipe fitting experience (marine preferred)

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and job specifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Must have a full set of personal tools

• Dependable, safety-minded, and a strong team player
