Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in drafting design, or equivalent experience, accompanied by 1 to 3 years of related drafting experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of design techniques and principles for creating blueprints, technical plans, and models.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts.

• Proficiency in analytical and CAD software, specifically SolidWorks.

• Previous experience within the HVAC industry.
