General Laboror Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Operate molding equipment following proper procedures.
• Monitor press cycles, temperature, and pressure to ensure consistent mold performance.
• Cleaning and maintenance of molds to ensure quality.
• Record production data.
• Follow all plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

General Laboror Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety instructions, and production schedules.
• Understanding of basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• 75 lbs lifting and standing for an extended period of time.
• Ability to work in a hot, noisy, and physically demanding environment.
• Available for overtime, weekends, or other shifts as needed.
