Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing service environment- Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize work with attention to detail
- High tolerance for workload demands pressures and deadlines
- Previous experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors Preferably)
- MS Office Suite proficiency Job Description Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring for entry-level and professional-level roles
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and HR Business Partners regarding staffing plans and general workforce forecasting
Participate in career/job fairs and other community events.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand goals and objectives for hiring both internal and external candidates.
Continuous learning to stay current with recruiting trends, compliance, and policies (EEO & OFCCP).
Initiate and execute creative sourcing techniques through internet platforms, community, and professional-based organizations.
Through collaboration with workforce development support diversity recruiting efforts & other workforce development programs and initiatives.
Responsible for all candidate activity through an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure adherence to all legal compliance requirements in all recruiting and hiring processes
