Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide a range of beauty and grooming services to residents, including haircuts, styling, manicures, pedicures, and other salon services
2. Consult with residents to understand their preferences and ensure a personalized experience
3. Maintain a clean and organized salon area, following all sanitation and safety protocols
4. Build positive relationships with residents and contribute to their overall sense of well-being
5. Keep accurate records of services provided and manage appointment schedules

Qualifications:

1. Valid Cosmetology or Beautician license
2. Previous experience in a salon or healthcare setting preferred
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Creative and attentive to detail
