Role Purpose
As a Sales Growth Representative with a strong technical foundation, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing distributors while aggressively pursuing new customer acquisition as part of a high-growth strategy. This role focuses on driving profitable growth through account development, upselling within the current customer base, and capturing new business opportunities—leveraging e-commerce platforms, digital tools, and AI-driven insights to scale results.
Job Summary
We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly motivated Computer Science graduate to support and grow e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives. This role blends software, AI tools, and business strategy—ideal for someone who can bridge development, automation, and modern marketing execution.
The ideal candidate will leverage AI-driven tools, data insights, and emerging technologies to enhance online sales, streamline operations, and expand brand reach across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Technology
- Develop, manage, and optimize e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Leverage AI tools to improve product listings, SEO, pricing strategies, and customer experience
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior to drive performance improvements
- Implement automation tools for order processing, customer engagement, and inventory tracking
Digital Marketing & AI Integration
- Utilize AI platforms and automation tools to generate content, campaigns, and insights
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social platforms, etc.)
- Support SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and lead generation
- Track KPIs and continuously refine campaigns based on performance data
Branding, Content & Communications
- Create and distribute mass email campaigns and promotional communications
- Develop digital and print marketing materials aligned with brand strategy
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content calendars
- Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, and campaign tracking
Events & Business Development
- Plan and execute trade shows and industry events to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Support pre-event marketing, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Identify opportunities for new business growth through digital channels and partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI content generation, prompt engineering, or workflow automation
- Exposure to digital advertising platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools
Compensation Plan
- Base Salary: $45,000 per year
Commission Structure:
- 1% on existing revenue (~$2M) = ~$20,000
- 4% on new business revenue
- Minimum new business target: $350K at 35%+ gross margin → ~$14,000 commission baseline
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$79,000+ (base + existing + new)
- Uncapped earning potential for over-performance
