Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 Annually + SPIF opportunities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support our Sales team within a fast-paced commercial building furnishings environment. This role is critical in coordinating projects from order intake through installation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience working with Hedberg/H2 software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Dynamics, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Sales to manage commercial furniture projects from proposal through completion
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and accurate execution
- Enter, manage, and maintain orders using Hedberg/H2 and ERP systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact between Sales, vendors, manufacturers, installers, and internal teams
- Review specifications, drawings, pricing, and contracts for accuracy and compliance
- Track project milestones, resolve issues proactively, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP tools to manage project data, reporting, and invoicing
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial furnishings, construction, or a related industry
- Hands-on experience with Hedberg/H2 software
- Experience working with ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial furniture dealerships or contract interiors
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, specifications, and installation processes
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and manufacturing partners
