Maintenance & Repair Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am )

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Perform welding, fabrication, and basic machining as needed
• Support production by minimizing downtime through quick and effective repairs
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards
• Document maintenance work and maintain accurate records

Maintenance & Repair Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
• 3+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, including PLCs (a plus but not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in welding, fabrication, and machine repair
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
