Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active or eligible for SLP licensure in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Background working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Skilled in teletherapy platforms and technology
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy services in-person or virtually, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
• Monitor and document student progress, providing regular communication to parents, teachers, and school staff
• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student achievement and participation
• Stay current on best practices and compliance standards
