Location: Mobile, AL

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates with bilingual skills and/or extensive title processing experience may be considered individually.

What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our Indirect Lending team, you'll play a critical role in protecting the bank's collateral interests while ensuring exceptional service to customers and dealership partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing recreational vehicle titles across multiple states.
• Managing paper titles, electronic titles, and lien statements.
• Coordinating with dealerships to ensure proper title issuance and lien perfection.
• Monitoring title status and proactively resolving discrepancies.
• Filing duplicate titles and researching title-related issues.
• Handling UCC filings, continuations, and terminations.
• Maintaining accurate title records and compliance documentation.
• Assisting dealers, vendors, and customers with title-related inquiries.
• Communicating with state agencies regarding title requirements and status updates.
• Managing lien statements and releases for non-title holding states.
• Supporting departmental compliance initiatives and required banking regulations.
• Assisting with training and onboarding of team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer service

Preferred:

• Previous Title Clerk experience
• Banking, finance, lending, or dealership experience
• Understanding of lien perfection and title processing
• Spanish-English bilingual abilities
