Berry Animal Clinic, a CareVet partner, is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead our practice as Medical Director! Our Medical Directors spend 90+% of their time practicing medicine. This position offers a six-figure salary plus production, clinical support, work/life balance, no weekends, and an Equity Bonus Package valued up to $150,000 a real investment in your future!

Job Summary

The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and ensuring regulatory compliance related to veterinary medicine. They create an environment of teamwork to deliver quality medicine and exceptional client service. In partnership with the Hospital Manager, they oversee financial performance and operations, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
