Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist patients with activities of daily living. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
Provide mobility support, including turning, repositioning, and transferring patients
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Report any changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff
Document care provided and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record
Support nursing staff during medical procedures and treatments
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Active CNA certification in the state of [Insert State]
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to details
Work Environment:
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and bending required
May need to lift or assist patients weighing over 50 lbs

Work may include rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
