Full Arch Dental Lab Designer

Location: Huntsville, AL (On-Site Only)

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Full Arch Dental Lab Designer to join our growing team in Huntsville, Alabama . This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on full arch restorative design and collaboration with clinicians and production teams to ensure the highest level of precision and aesthetics.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital dentistry, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional results that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design full arch and implant-supported restorations with a focus on function, esthetics, and accuracy
• Utilize Exocad software to complete high-quality digital designs from start to finish
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, milling, and production teams to ensure design precision and clinical success
• Review intraoral scans, diagnostic records, and photos to create detailed digital designs
• Maintain consistent workflow, managing multiple cases and deadlines
• Participate in case planning, troubleshooting, and ongoing process improvements
• Maintain organized digital records and design files

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization required — this is not a remote role
• Minimum 2–3 years of dental lab design experience with a focus on full arch restorations
• Proficiency in Exocad is required; experience with 3Shape or similar CAD/CAM platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of occlusion, esthetics, and implant planning principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
