Training Coordinator Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

Training Coordinator

• Lead and support four daily self-paced training sessions in a hands-on safety dojo environment
• Set up and close the dojo each day, keeping it clean, organized, and ready for learners
• Monitor trainee engagement, track attendance and completions, and manage class scheduling
• Perform light maintenance on equipment, including air compressor troubleshooting and cleaning headphones
• Foster a positive, distraction-free learning space by enforcing safety standards and company values

Training Coordinator Qualifications:

• No formal education requirements—training experience and a safety-first mindset are key
• Comfortable speaking to and guiding small groups (~12 people) through self-paced learning activities
• Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with a wide range of team members
• Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g., restarting computers, launching software, draining air compressor)
• Physically able to stand and walk throughout the day while maintaining a high-energy presence

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
