Job Description

· Responsible for planning, managing and executing retrofit building and automation systems for energy efficiency in federal buildings

· Will collaborate with building owners, facility staff, contractors and design staff

· Will conduct site investigation on HVAC, lighting, building controls and recommend and help spec out new equipment

· Will manage project schedule and budgets

Key Requirements

• Building Automation Systems start up/commissioning experience
• Project management skills
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
