Position Overview
The PR & Marketing Manager serves as a strategic leader and hands-on project driver at BGrace Media. This role oversees the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives, and event marketing efforts for both internal and client projects.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented , with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies the company’s guiding principles — AACE: Accountability, Accuracy, Customer Focus, and Efficiency .
You’ll manage a team of PR and marketing professionals, designers, and interns, ensuring that every campaign and event reflects the excellence and integrity of the BGrace Media brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and marketing strategies for clients and internal initiatives.
- Lead a team of marketing coordinators, designers, and support staff—providing direction, mentorship, and accountability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Oversee event marketing and logistics for conferences, brand activations, and community-focused experiences.
- Write and edit press materials, pitches, media alerts, and social content that align with each client’s voice and goals.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance data to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing and PR objectives with company growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in PR, marketing, or agency environments (leadership experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to delegate and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience managing events , including logistics, marketing, and media coordination
- Proficiency with:
- Meta Business Suite
- Hootsuite
- Google Business Suite
- PR Databases (e.g., Muck Rack, Cision)
- HubSpot CRM
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability in all aspects of work.
