Posting Summary:

Mission Multiplier is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support delivery across multiple cybersecurity and compliance-focused engagements, with a particular emphasis on CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) programs. This position can either be onsite in Huntsville, AL or remote .

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and track integrated project schedules across multiple clients and concurrent workstreams
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution
• Identify schedule risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
• Serve as a central liaison across cybersecurity, IT, logistics, and executive leadership teams
• Coordinate interdisciplinary staff and ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
• Act as a client-facing representative, supporting strong, professional relationships
• Deliver clear and concise status updates, reports, and meeting summaries
• Coordinates conference calls and meetings; records meeting minutes as needed and follows up on meeting action items
• Support vendor coordination and procurement activities, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and onboarding
• Assist with managing third-party relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Develop basic marketing materials and training presentations to support Mission Multiplier's CMMC service offerings
• Translate basic cybersecurity and compliance concepts into clear, client-friendly visuals and content
• Support internal and external briefings, workshops, and customer engagements
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in an office setting.
• Must be able to adapt communication style to a variety of internal stakeholders (executives, technical, administrative, etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, customers, partners, etc.)
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, small business environment.

• Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• M-F, 8-5
