Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid OT license in Alabama or eligibility to obtain
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP goals
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Provide resources and recommendations to support student access and success
