- Be the first voice and face customers interact with set the tone for the whole experience
- Answer and route phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and handle walk-ins
- Process payments, pull reports, and keep files and records organized
- Support the sales and service team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies, and day-to-day operations
- Help onboard new clients with paperwork and system entries
- Genuinely friendly and professional not reading from a script, actually good with people
- Strong organizational skills (you're the type who keeps a clean inbox and a tidy desk)
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask without dropping the ball phones ringing, client walking in, no sweat
- Prior front desk, admin, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in-person at our Hoover or Vestavia location
- Competitive hourly pay: $21$26/hr depending on experience
