Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant passionate about making a difference in seniors' lives? Venza Care is seeking a dedicated COTA to join our vibrant rehabilitation team in Phenix City, AL. This is your opportunity to directly impact patients' independence and quality of life in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Pay:

1. $36-$40/hour based on experience

Schedule:

1. Day (8a-5p)

What You’ll Do:

1. Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities
2. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
3. Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
4. Monitor and document patient progress
5. Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment

What We’re Looking For:

1. Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
2. Current state COTA certification
3. Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs
