We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. This role plays an important part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout assigned rooms and related areas.
What You’ll Do- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum floors, and restock room amenities.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly and ensure all fixtures, surfaces, and supplies are properly maintained.
- Report maintenance issues, missing items, or safety concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Replace used towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, supply closets, and work areas.
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests when interacting on the property.
- Follow hotel standards for cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and quality control.
- Handle lost-and-found items according to company policy.
- Support the housekeeping team with additional duties as assigned.
- Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and carry cleaning supplies and linens throughout the shift.
