A Different Kind of Nursing Role

This position blends your clinical skills with a rehabilitative, restorative focus —helping residents maintain strength, mobility, and independence.

‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in coordinating and implementing the restorative nursing program
2. Work with therapy team to carry out individualized restorative plans
3. Monitor and document resident progress
4. Support and guide CNAs in restorative care techniques
5. Assist with care planning and interdisciplinary communication
6. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation

Qualifications

1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
2. Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
3. Interest or experience in restorative nursing a plus
4. Strong communication and organizational skills
5. Passion for improving resident outcomes
