What You’ll Do
- Lead meaningful clinical care through assessments, ASAM evaluations, and treatment planning
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy that moves clients toward lasting recovery
- Track progress, support relapse prevention, and guide safe discharge planning
- Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team and community partners
- Keep documentation clean, compliant, and clinically sound
- Help shape a program focused on healing, dignity, and long-term wellness
What You Bring
- Alabama licensure (LPC, LICSW, LMFT, or similar)
or master’s in a behavioral health field with certification eligibility - Substance abuse credential (or ability to obtain within 30 months)
- Solid clinical judgment, crisis awareness, and heart for recovery work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual skills are a plus—but passion for helping people is a must
