Marketing & Community Outreach Representative

Location: Main office is in Auburn, AL, with satellite offices in Birmingham, AL & Columbus, GA

About Us

We are a growing medical practice dedicated to improving patient health and wellness through specialized Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology care. Alongside our medical services, we operate an Infusion Center for advanced therapies, a Specialty Pharmacy for biologics and injectables, and a MedSpa (Chateau de la Bella) offering aesthetics and wellness services.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing & Community Outreach Representative who can combine creativity with strategy to help grow our visibility, patient referrals, and community presence!

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Edit and resize logos and visual assets for branding consistency
• Design brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
• Create billboard designs and graphics for advertising campaigns

Digital & Content Marketing

• Manage practice websites and update content as needed
• Create engaging social media posts, graphics, and short-form content
• Respond to non-medical client inquiries on social platforms
• Develop and schedule content calendars across multiple platforms

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

• Capture new customers with email campaigns and call-to-action on digital marketing
• Manage customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries
• Connect with established and new referral sources
• Track performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements

Community & Event Outreach

• Represent the practice at local social and professional events
• Visit physician offices and referral partners to raise awareness of services (Allergy Practice, Infusion Center, Pharmacy)
• Build partnerships with local healthcare providers and community organizations
• Provide a strong push to make Chateau known as the premier MedSpa in the area

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, or outreach (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Website editing/management skills (WordPress, Wix)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with public engagement
• Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
