User Interaction/User Experience (UI/UX) Designer
- Design user-centered interfaces and workflows for web-based and software applications
- Translate user requirements and system needs into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain and contribute to UI standards, style guides, and design systems
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and usability across applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or similar)
- Minimum of 6 years of UI/UX experience
- Strong experience in user interaction and user experience design
- Proficiency with common UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Active Top Secret security clearance (required at time of hire)
- Experience supporting DoD or federal programs
- Familiarity with designing within secure or classified environments
- Understanding of front-end development constraints and workflows
