Position Description: Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator) Mobile, ALLocation: Mobile, AlabamaPay Range: $20 $22 per hour (based on experience)Job Type: Temp/Long Term OportunityAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with proven experience operating excavators to join our team in Mobile, AL. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate excavators on construction sites.Perform digging, trenching, grading, and site preparation work as required.Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.Follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions.Comply with all OSHA and company safety standards.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating an excavator.Ability to operate other heavy equipment is a plus.Knowledge of construction site safety practices.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Valid drivers license.Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
