Manufacturing Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )
Manufacturing Associate
- Operate and monitor equipment used in the assembly and production of solar panels
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure manufacturing standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience required—on-the-job training provided
- High school diploma or GED not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must pass a basic background check and drug screening
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
