FP&A Analyst

Tagaddod is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning and analysis, providing critical support to business leaders by generating insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on financial performance, ensuring alignment with our financial goals and overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights to inform decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support management in financial forecasts and budget preparations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by senior leadership.

• Monitor key performance indicators and provide commentary on performance to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
