1. Day, M-F, 8a-5p

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff
2. Assess staff competency and identify educational needs
3. Lead skills training, clinical workshops, and in-service sessions
4. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical best practices
5. Mentor and support nurses in skill development and professional growth
6. Stay current with industry trends and evidence-based practices to enhance training content
7. Maintain accurate education records and training documentation

What We’re Looking For:

1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. Strong clinical background in long-term care or post-acute settings preferred
3. Experience in staff education, orientation, or training roles
4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
5. Ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire staff at all skill levels
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
