Position Summary:

The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enthusiastic about creating positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.

- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.

- Answer phone systems and process reservations accurately.

- Balance cash, credit card transactions, and complete daily audit procedures.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.

- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right person!

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a fast-paced environment.

- Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Synxis or Opera Experience preferred
