Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate in the Pelham, AL area. This role plays a key part in ensuring incoming product meets the quality standards before entering production.
Responsibilities
Inspect incoming fabric for quality, accuracy, color, pattern alignment, and defects.
Verify fabric specifications, labeling, and documentation against established standards.
Document inspection results and report defects or variances to appropriate teams.
Support production teams by addressing fabric quality questions or concerns.
Maintain organized inspection and storage areas while following all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Six months of quality inspection or related experience; warehouse/production experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent visual inspection skills.
Ability to accurately document findings and follow established procedures.
Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $16 per hour
Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
