Dentist
This position offers excellent income potential in an established, modern office.
Job Highlights :
- Private Practice (Not a DSO)
- Modern office equipped with digital scanner. Access to CBCT, implant system.
- Work alongside experienced an dentist. Support from 2 assistants per dentist.
- Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Fridays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM); work 4 or 5 days per week.
- $250,000+ annual income potential based on 35% of collections . Initial daily rate negotiable.
- Comprehensive benefits package: health insurance, 401(k), and CE stipend.
- Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Bonus, and Retention Bonuses available
- Mentorship from an experienced dentist, ideal for expanding your skills.
- Partnership opportunity after a successful associate period.
- Busy schedule with patients of all ages.
Requirements :
- Valid Alabama dental license or DMD/DDS degree and eligible for license.
- Open to all experience levels including 2026 Dental School Graduates ; strong communication and people skills are key.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
