Job Title: PowerBI AdministratorJob Description We are looking for a Database Manager with expertise in PowerBI and advanced Excel skills. This critical role involves handling projects, prioritizing tasks, and working closely with managers to streamline operations and report generation. Responsibilities + Develop and manage PowerBI reports and dashboards. + Utilize advanced Excel skills to enhance data processing and documentation. + Collaborate with managers to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. + Generate reports, Bill of Materials (BOM), and documentation using MS Project. + Collect and analyze data for reporting purposes. + Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements. Essential Skills + Minimum of 4-10 years' experience in database management. + At least 2 years of experience with PowerBI. + Advanced proficiency in Excel. + Experience in report generation and documentation. + Must be a US Citizen due to ITAR Compliance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in SQL or coding. + Strong database management abilities. + Effective data collection skills. + Ability to generate process and documentation. + Experience with MS Project. Work Environment This role requires working on-site at the client facility. The environment is collaborative, and the position is designed to alleviate workload from Program Managers. Candidates should possess strong soft skills, be proactive in making suggestions, and understand the importance of efficient production. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $67.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
