We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment for guests and team members alike.
Responsibilities- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashing machines
- Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored
- Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas clean and organized
- Remove trash, recycling, and other waste from kitchen and service areas
- Assist with basic cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Support the kitchen team with stocking and restocking clean items as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Report equipment issues, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns promptly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
- Willingness to work as part of a team and support overall kitchen operations
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning procedures
- Busy kitchen and support area with frequent standing, walking, and lifting
- Exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals in a food service setting
- May require evening, weekend, and holiday availability depending on business needs
