Regional CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Gulf Coast/Deep South Region

Tired of throwing boxes and wasting time at the docks? We have an immediate opening for an experienced solo driver on our dedicated regional out-and-back fleet. This run keeps you moving with consistent miles, reliable weekly pay, and highly efficient drop-and-hook freight.

Earnings & Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: Gross between $1,200 and $1,400 every week.
• Base Mileage Rate: Lock in a high flat rate of $0.70 CPM on all driven miles.
• Straightforward Pay: This lane keeps it simple with no complex accessory pay (no short-haul or stop pay to track).

The Run, Schedule & Home Time

• Weekly Home Time: Guaranteed home once a week for your reset.
• Weekly Mileage: Average a highly consistent 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week.
• The Route: Out-and-back regional runs focused around the main shipping hub. You will handle backhauls on your return segments to keep your trailer loaded.
• No-Touch Freight: 100% No-Touch Freight. The vast majority of this account is simple drop-and-hook. You will never be required to physically load or unload a trailer.
• Shift Flexibility: Since this dedicated fleet runs around the clock, you must be flexible enough to drive both day and night operations depending on dispatch needs.
• Weekends & Holidays: Weekend work is standard. You will work all holidays, with the single exception of Christmas Day, which is your guaranteed day off.

What It Takes to Qualify

• Hiring Boundary: Must live within 50 miles of our regional hiring hubs: Monticello, MS; Laurel, MS; Meridian, MS; or the primary dispatch hub.
• Experience Requirement: Designed strictly for First Seat (Experienced) solo drivers. You must have at least 6 months of OTR experience in the last year (or 12 months in the last 5 years). Local Class A tractor-trailer experience is fully considered toward this requirement.
  • Please note: No trainees or team operations are accepted on this account.
• Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and an active DOT Medical Card. No special endorsements are required.
• Job History: No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• Safety & Background: Zero major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. Must pass a mandatory hair and urine drug analysis.
• Strictly Not SAP Friendly.
