Front Line Restaurant Team Member

Pay: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM, 4 days per week
Note: Friday and Saturday availability is required. Additional hours may be available when covering shifts for team members.

You don't need previous fast-food or restaurant experience-we're happy to train the right candidate. What matters most is a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.

Position Overview

As a Front Line Team Member, you will be one of the first people our guests interact with. Your role is to ensure every customer receives friendly service, accurate orders, and a great overall experience. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Operate the cash register and handle payments

Prepare food items according to restaurant standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist team members during busy periods

Help resolve customer concerns in a professional manner

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Support a positive and team-focused work environment

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required . We provide training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

Dress Code

Team members must follow the restaurant dress code:

Non-slip shoes required

Jeans, shorts, or leggings allowed

Shorts must not be athletic-style shorts

Clothing may not display offensive language or distracting messaging

Schedule Expectations

This position requires availability for evening shifts from approximately 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM , four days per week. Friday and Saturday shifts are mandatory. Additional hours may be available when covering shifts or during busy periods.

If hired, you must pass a background check and drug screening before your start date.
