Remote Travel Consultant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking travel arrangements, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel reservations
· Book and manage flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
· Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
· Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and promotions
· Process changes, cancellations, and special requests
· Maintain accurate client records and booking details
· Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process
