Just graduated CDL school and looking for your first driving job? At 18 Wheels USA , we help new CDL-A drivers make a successful transition from the classroom to the road.

You'll receive paid one-on-one training with an experienced mentor , steady regional freight, and the support you need to become a safe, successful professional driver. We don't just hand you the keys and send you on your way—we invest in your success from day one.

Pay & Training

• $850 per week during training
• Paid one-on-one mentor program
• Training designed for recent CDL school graduates
• After training, drivers move into their own assigned truck
• Expected solo earnings: $1,600-$1,800+ per week
• Paid every Friday

Position Details

• Eastern Regional Fleet
• Full-time position
• No-touch dry van freight
• Assigned truck after successful completion of training
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Deliver no-touch dry van freight
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs
• Follow all FMCSA and company safety regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, mentors, and team members
• Ensure on-time and safe deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Able to meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
