Your Role:

As an LPN, you'll be responsible for a variety of duties that ensure optimal patient care, including:

1. Taking vital signs and performing basic patient care tasks.
2. Administering medications and immunizations.
3. Mentoring CNAs and observing residents for changes in their health or mood.
4. Building rapport and listening to residents and their families.

Qualifications:

1. Current LPN license in good standing.
2. Graduate of an accredited LPN school.
3. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
