With a dynamic pay range of $167,000 - 200,000/yearly and a competitive compensation , including a unique percentage-of-collections pay structure and an attractive benefits package , including medical insurance, life insurance, a 401(k), bonuses, and short and long-term disability, this is a career opportunity that will make you smile!

The day kicks off with a team huddle, where you discuss treatment plans, share insights, and motivate each other to provide top-notch patient care.

As you step into your well-appointed treatment room, you're met by eager patients who trust you with their smiles. You perform routine preventative care and, when needed, expertly handle oral surgeries, making a significant difference in the lives of your patients. The day unfolds with a blend of challenges, camaraderie, and the satisfaction of knowing you're part of a practice that's changing lives one smile at a time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• State licensure as a dentist in Alabama
• Board certification
• DEA certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication with both team members and patients
• Commitment to continuing education
• Strong integrity and accountability

WORK SCHEDULE

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Work Days: You can choose between a Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedule.
• Location: Divine Expressions Family Dentistry, located in the heart of Madison, AL
