Dealership Custodian

Location: Gilland Ford
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Position Summary

Gilland Ford is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dealership Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our dealership. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and understands that cleanliness contributes to an outstanding customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain showroom floors.
• Clean offices, break rooms, customer lounge, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust throughout the dealership.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
• Follow safety procedures while using cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, sweep, mop, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
